Refunds and cancellation
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Free trial
Cloud Starter and Cloud Essential include a 7-day free trial, one per customer. A card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends the subscription starts and your card is charged for the first period unless you cancelled before then. We email you before the trial ends. Cancel from Billing in the Cockpit at any point during the trial and you won't be charged.
2. 24-hour money-back guarantee (Cloud Unlimited)
Cloud Unlimited has no free trial. If you're not happy for any reason, ask for a refund within 24 hours of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Email [email protected] from your account email, or open a support ticket in the Cockpit.
3. Billing and cancellation
Plans renew automatically, monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on what you chose. Cancel any time from Billing in the Cockpit. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund unused time on a period that has already started, except under section 2 or where the law requires.
4. Quarterly and yearly plans
Quarterly and yearly plans are billed once, up front, for the whole period at the discounted price, and have no free trial. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Switching to a shorter interval takes effect at the end of the current period; switching to a longer one applies straight away.
5. Discounts
A first-purchase code such as EDGE40 applies to your first paid period only. Partner and affiliate codes apply as stated when you use them. Retention discounts apply only to the bills stated when you accept them. Refunds of discounted payments are for the amount actually paid.
6. Statutory rights and immediate supply
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services. Because the Service starts immediately when you subscribe, you ask us to begin supplying it straight away when you check out, and you acknowledge that once the Service has started you no longer have the right to withdraw for that period. This does not affect section 2 or any right you have under the law where you live. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry it and email you a link to update your card. Copying keeps running for a short grace period. If payment still fails, access pauses until the invoice is paid.
8. Crypto payments
Refunds of crypto payments are made in the same asset to an address you confirm, for the same amount of the asset, or as agreed with you. Network fees are deducted.
9. Chargebacks
Talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank; a refund under this policy is faster. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
